Within families lie hidden bonds of loyalty. These loyalties operate deep in the Soul of the family, and have an effect on it's members whether conscious to this operation or not. Destructive patterns such as illness, addiction, abuse, and suicide are some examples of the strong grip these blind loyalties and entanglements can produce.
The Family Constellation method founded by Bert Hellinger (www.hellinger.com) is a way to uncover and resolve these hidden and often destructive bonds of loyalty operating within Families. Through the process healing interventions that often produce profound shifts in the lives of those within the system are offered. When these complex forms of misplaced love are brought to light and are replaced with resolution, the person experiencing the work is given the opportunity to receive themselves and their family in new transformational ways. The result is an ability to connect to a higher compassionate love and a fuller, more successful satisfying life.
The Family Constellation is not the only way to approach Constellation work. This unique method of uncovering hidden dynamics and finding resolution can also be applied to virtually any angle of life including intimate relationships, relations with animals/pets and nature as well as organizational, group, business relations and more. Recently it has been discovered that through this unique process it is possible to work at the deepest multi-dimensional level of any given focus. This form of Constellation work is appropriately titled the Multi-Dimensional approach to Family Constellations or Movments of the Spirit Mind/ Soul.
During the constellation process, representatives are chosen from the circle of participants gathered and asked to represent specific roles. These participants are not typically told details about the family or situation that they are representing. Only historical facts are shared. They then enter into what can be described as the "knowing field" (also titled the morphogenetic field, Rupert Sheldrake) and act as "translators of the soul" as they feel and report what they are feeling. As the facilitator may ask the representatives what they are experiencing or as the constellation simply unfolds without interference from the facilitator, the Orders of Love (uncovered by Bert Hellinger www.hellinger.com) are applied or emerge organically within the constellation. Distortions become unkinked, separations connect and a resting into the flow of Love that is constantly present becomes a palpable reality. Possibiltes for resolution for the client and the system/situation are then made greater.
If called upon by the Family Soul during an individual mediation/intuitive session, it is possible for me to see a constellation unfold before me without the use of representatives. Therefor, it is possible to work in a similiar way long distance by phone. At other times while working individually and in person, I can be guided to place colored mats down in the morphogenetic field and stand on each one, feeling the role and gaining an understanding of what the movements that may bring resolution are.
The process is unique with each person and my position at all times is in listening and holding a space of inner collection and stillness for the direction and information to be able to flow forth.
